Founder Coaching gives you a confidential place to work through the decisions, people problems, opportunities and pressures that come with being the person ultimately responsible for everything.

We start with a Founder Assessment and 90-minute deep dive into you, your business, what's working, what's not and where you want to go
UNDERSTAND
We'll create a simple Founder Roadmap for the next six months.
Not a giant strategic plan. A clear view of the priorities, decisions and changes that deserve your attention—and the things that don't.
FOCUS
From there, we work on the business in real time.
You'll have two private 90-minute sessions each month, plus access to me between sessions when something can't wait.
We'll revisit the roadmap along the way, track what's changing and adjust as the business—and you—evolve.
NAVIGATE
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
The business and the founder aren't separate.
We may work on growth, strategy, positioning, hiring, firing, co-founders, investors, leadership or the next stage of your company.
We may also work on confidence, burnout, boundaries, decision fatigue or what you actually want from the business you're building.
Usually, it's some combination of both.
